About the Role


This varied and high paced role involves a combination of running Dealing Team projects, responsibility for the team's processing of unit movements for Applications, Redemptions, Transfers and Switches.

Additionally, performing Bank Reconciliations and providing reporting deliverables to key clients and for delivering these requirements in high quality, timely and accurate manner.


You will be responsible for assisting with reviewing and updating procedures and checklists for onboarding new clients whilst working effectively with the team and other internal/external stakeholders, including our offshore operations team.


Role Responsibilities

  • Assist the Team Leader and Head of Dealing with projects and enhancements related to the Dealing team
  • Delivery of client reporting accurately and within SLA requirements
  • Documenting User Guides
  • Maintaining documentation such as procedures and checklists
  • Meet and actively monitor all team deadlines
  • Managing and processing of timetabled workloads, in addition to meeting deliverables per SLA's and agreed timetables
  • Provide high quality internal and external service
  • Assist with reviewing and updating procedures and checklists for onboarding new clients whilst working effectively with the team and other internal/external stakeholders, including our offshore operations team

About You

  • Expert knowledge of processing activities
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Spreadsheet and analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of the financial services investment industry
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience or training is highly desirable
