Your role will be based in our thriving Business Development Centre in
Southport, the heartbeat of Frizelle Sunshine Automotive. What began as a simple contact centre in 2013 has evolved into a multifaceted business that stands in a league of its own

  • Engage in outbound calls to our existing customers, championing current sales/service campaigns and securing highquality appointments for our sales & service departments.
  • Surpass predefined sales targets and KPIs, showcasing your exceptional sales prowess.
  • Articulately present the advantages of purchasing through Frizelle Sunshine to our valued customers.
  • Embrace Account Management responsibilities with enthusiasm.
  • Tackle various administrative tasks, reporting, and office duties as required.
  • Get involved in dealership sales events, including enticing campaign outbound nights featuring dinner and onthespot incentives.

  • Proven sales experience and a track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs are essential.

  • Familiarity with sales scripts and other sales tools is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced corporate office environment while multitasking.
  • Intermediate PC skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Automotive knowledge not required.
