Role Overview:


We are seeking an Admin Support with an eye for detail, who will play an integral role in the finance team.


Duties - Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for administration tasks within the accounts team.

This will include invoice checks, assisting with accounts receivable including chasing payments from key clients, and maintaining professional relationships both internally and externally.

Your key responsibilities will include.


However are not limited to:

  • Data accuracy screening outgoing invoices
  • Be responsible for accounts receivable and follow up on any late payments
  • Understand NDIS and other allied professional pricing guides to assist with any general billing queries
  • Liaise with therapists to ensure billing is accurate and appropriate

Skills and Experience

In Addition, You Will Demonstrate

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new systems and processes with ease.
  • Proficient use of our client management system
  • Flexible work approach to meet the varying demands of an everchanging and fastmoving environment.
  • Effective communication skills with stakeholders and therapists.
  • Accurate data entry skills.
  • Ability to follow a processdriven environment.
  • Effective and adaptive communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Administration (desirable)
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Evidence of COVID19 vaccination (or valid exemption)
  • Police Check & International Police Check (only applicable to individuals who have lived overseas)
