We are seeking a

School Officer to undertake a range of tasks in supporting the needs of students, under the direction of the teacher, in our

Practical Arts classrooms.

Ideally you will have:

  • Previous experience as a Teacher Aide and/or hold a minimum of Cert 3 in Educational Support,
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills, and
  • An understanding of the work involved and a willingness to work as part of a team.

The successful applicant will bring to the role:

  • Experience & knowledge in the operation and maintenance of a variety of machinery and equipment used, including CNC machine operation & servicing, Laser Cutter, 3D machines and CAD software, and
  • The ability to work with limited supervision and as a member of a team in a multidisciplined area.
To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:

  • hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
