Spring Professional have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Paralegal or Senior Lease Administrator with a background in retail property to join a successful property group based in Melbourne.

Our client is an Australian property investment group with a large portfolio of premium commercial properties, this group manages assets in excess of $1.5 billion across single and multi-asset property trusts.

Your key responsibilities as a Paralegal include:

Maintain direct oversight of lease proposals for more complex transactions
Direct review of solicitor's instructions for complex matters across property portfolio
Negotiate and settle lease documents
Review all documents certified by external solicitors
Negotiate lease documentation with key retailer clients
Provide/facilitate general legal advice to leasing operatives/property division staff and management teams as required
Manage relationships with national legal service providers
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Paralegal/Senior Lease Administrator/Property Lawyer
Previous experience dealing with retail leases
Experience drafting of transaction documents, advice and statutory understanding
Exceptional client relationship skills

Salary - $120,000 to $130,000 package
