About the company
Our client is looking for a front desk receptionist to be the first point of contact over the phone and in greeting clients.
Responsibilities
- Managing a inbound calls and address queries over the phone
- Greet clients and customers at reception
- High level administrative support to the team
- Support enquiries and put calls through to the relevant departments
- Support the project admin team
- Preparing of management reports
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Researching and booking travel arrangements for staff members
- Ad hoc duties
Requirements/Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills must be professional, approachable, friendly
- Experience working in a busy receptionist role advantageous in the Public Practice Sector
- High attention to detail
- Competency with IT systems
- Must be well presented
