  • Providing administration and project support to the Environmental Science team to implement the environmental and sustainability components of the Sutherland Shire Community Strategic Plan.
  • Possess sound critical thinking skills, identifying opportunities and innovative solutions and implementing system improvements that contribute to business efficiency.
  • Using your excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate respectfully and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Things You'll
Do:


  • Coordination of meetings, events, workshops, site visits, preparation of agendas and minute taking.
  • Monitor budgets and coordinate purchasing and procurement requirements.
  • Prepare written correspondence, presentations and various reports, including written briefs for contractors.
  • Undertake scientific support duties, including research and collection of environmental data.
  • Oversee website and IT functions including maintaining web and social media pages and manage records and databases.

Fine Print:

Interview date:Interviews will be facilitated week commencing 3 April 2023

Package:$65,456 - $69,384 gross p.a. plus superannuation (paid pro rata to hours worked)

Hours of work:Permanent Part Time, 28 hours per week. Spread of hours and days are flexible.
