About the role


Lifecare is seeking a Receptionist to join our dedicated team and positively contribute to the exceptional care of our patients.

This is a
casual role working 12 hours plus per week to support the Lifecare Southcare team at the St John of God Murdoch Hospital.


You will enjoy been ideally located to cafes, flexible working hours and onsite parking, and being a part of a friendly and welcoming team.


Lifecare Southcare Physiotherapy has been an integral part of the community for over 20 years providing physiotherapy services at St John of God Murdoch Hospital since it first opened in 1994.

We have a dedicated Allied Health team and provide physiotherapy services in our Outpatient and Inpatient clinic at St John of God Murdoch Hospital.


In this role you will be

  • Answering and addressing incoming telephone queries in a timely and polite manner
  • Supporting the team of Physiotherapists and Allied Health professionals
  • Scheduling patient appointments and answering general queries
  • Processing payments, invoicing and balancing daily banking
  • General housekeeping duties including general tidying of clinic rooms, clinic waiting areas, kitchen clean up and replenishing items in mentioned areas
  • Various other administrative duties

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills when liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • National Police Check and Working With Children Check
