Our client are a leading, global supplier of Locomotive Rolling Stock and work across multiple Government Projects covering manufacturing, maintenance and signalling solutions.

With various locations across Australia, the QLD in Wulkuraka is quite a large site to join and progress within, covering all maintenance aspects.

Our Shunters are responsible for train preparation, movements and stabling.

You will also be responsible for the presentation of the yard area and ensuring all rollingstock departures occur as planned without delays.

Joining the Maintenance Team in Wulkuraka as Rollingstock Shunter will see you:

Meet the requirements of a rail safety worker.
National Competency for Train Shunting
National Competency for Train Driving an advantage
Open to working shifts day and afternoon.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Work in a team environment or unsupervised, as required.
Knowledge and commitment to Safety ensuring a safe workplace for all
Following instructions to complete tasks, and the ability to work both in a team and independent environment.
General workshop duties

You will work alongside a variety of other team members from Trade Assistants to Store People and many more, in this team.
