The Home Buying team has end to end responsibility for CommBank's home buying business. We support third-party sales and service teams to meet our customers' home buying needs.

Our vision is to create the best end-to-end home buying experience, while building and maintaining the best distribution assets and delivering profitable portfolio growth.

As a Broker Support Consultant, you will support third party distribution channel with loan structuring and policy advice.

Hours of work:
Rotating shifts between 8.30am - 6pm, Monday to Friday with hybrid working style from home and office.


Your responsibilities:


  • Demonstrate your knowledge of credit and home loan process.
  • Provide feedback on risk issues or insights from various stakeholders and raise these in an appropriate forum
  • Guide Brokers through the home loan process to ensure a good quality loan submission.
  • Take ownership of customer needs and identify appropriate service and product solutions.
  • Consistently provide a positive service experience to advocate CommBank's brand.
  • Help resolve any Customer complaints/feedback

  • Ability to work across multiple departments to achieve goals and deliver against SLAs
  • Proven experience in quality customer service face to face or over the phone where you supported customers with their home buying needs
  • Customer Service experience
