About the Role
We are currently looking for experienced Plant Operators to join the WEM team.

We have a strong portfolio of works with multiple projects underway across Sydney's Northwest and Southwest, Hunter and Illawarra regions.

This role will require travel to job sites across the Greater Sydney region.


These positions require a sound working knowledge of the operations of Dozers, Excavators, Dumptrucks, Compactors, Watercarts, Graders, Scrapers, Backhoes, Rollers and the construction of Bulk Earthworks projects.


The requirements of this position are:

  • Demonstrate past experience in a similar role
  • A valid Construction White Card
  • A valid Drivers' Licence, with the ability to travel across sites
  • Ability to undertake daily required servicing of machinery
  • Working safely and complying with all site safety standards
