What you will enjoy about this role:

Taking ownership of more technical claims, that require strong policy knowledge.
Interpreting policy wording and presenting your case to the Account Manager/insurer
Being a valued claims professional, supporting clients, being their advocate, and getting claims approved and paid
Providing a proactive claims service, following up information, and advising all parties
Working on a range of commercial and financial lines, but predominantly on property/ISR and public liability claims
Understanding policy wording and negotiating with the insurer, discussing interpretation and getting approval on claims
Supporting brokers with their clients' claims, so they can support the clients' businesses

About you:

With several years of managing property, public liability claims
You pride yourself on offering a firstclass service to all your clients
You enjoy working on more technical claims, interpreting policy wording, and getting a great outcome for your client
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A team player who enjoys interacting both with internal and external clients
You have a passion for overcoming claim denials and finding a solution, through your strong policy knowledge and communication skills
