The Role

An opportunity has become available for a Legal and Governance Coordinator and Procurement Advisor to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.

You will

  • Conduct legal research, fact gathering, and information retrieval as required
  • Prepare and edit draft documents, presentations and correspondence appropriate to the intended audience that deliver the required impact and outcomes
  • Liaise with business units relating to their occupancy of leased properties and monitoring lease progress
  • Provide procurement advice and contract support in accordance with the GCHHS policies and procedures
  • Support the divisional procurements teams to ensure the implementation of key demand management initiatives and projects are delivered on time
About you


To be successful in this position you will require:

  • While not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded, as well as demonstrated experience in commercial property matters
  • While not essential, experience in legal office administration or support would be highly regarded
  • Evidence of vaccination and remain vaccinated against
  • COVID 1
  • Declaration of serious discipline history must be completed
