Description

Responsibilities:

Understand and study the current business processes/requirements and future business flow in order to provide an integrated information system solution that meets the business needs of the organization.
Conduct investigative work to gather requirements from various sources such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, user cases, scenarios, and user journeys to establish detailed knowledge of the current processes.
Coordinate with senior systems analysts to determine appropriate course of action in problem resolution, including accurately assessing identified issues to determine whether they have technical or functional causes and proposing appropriate resolutions.
Collaborate with Technical Consultants and end users to design system modifications and technical solutions to support and resolve identified system issues.

Requirements:

Degree qualification in a related field or equivalent significant industry experience.
Proficiency in the use of the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions platform functionality (in one or preferably all of the following
Campus Community, Student Records, Academic Advisement, Curriculum Management, Student Financials, Campus Self-Service, Enrolments, Reporting, etc.) within an Educational Domain at Enterprise Level.
