We're looking for Technicians (Electricians ) to join our high performing Teams in Canberra, ACT.
We have multiple positions available in our Repairs and Service team
No two days are the same as you manage the equipment installation of KONE's elevator products, across low-rise housing through to the world's tallest skyscrapers.
- Attending breakdowns on Elevators and Escalators
- Attending to maintenance activities, callouts and repairs
- Troubleshooting and solving complex repair issues
- Carrying out all activities in accordance with KONE policies and procedures including health, quality and safety standards
- Working to actively maintain customer relationships in the local region
- Lift industry experience preferred but not essential
- Qualified Certificate 111 in Electrotechnology
- Experiencing managing critical breakdowns and key stakeholder's expectations
- Motivated and self
- Commitment to working safely with a strong focus on quality
- A customer service mindset
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
