AS A SERVICE CENTRE TECHNICIAN YOU WILL...
Be responsible for

  • Provisioning new devices with clients SOE.
  • Repairing damaged client machines.
  • Coordinating with third parties to repair machines offsite.
  • Pick-Up and Delivery of repaired and new machines.
  • Assisting the onsite DSO team where required.
  • Play a large role in device rollouts.
  • Assist procurement team with warehousing and stock movement.
Ownership of Device as a Service (DaaS) program.


YOUR DAYS WILL INVOLVE:


  • Timely device preparation.
  • Timely device repair
  • Dealing with 3rd parties
  • Secure destruction of data and responsible disposal of eWaste
  • Occasional end user support
  • Supporting eBay store.

Requirements:


A LITTLE ABOUT YOU

  • Confidence in communication skills both written and verbal with colleagues, clients, and thirdparty vendors.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Competency within MS Office Suite
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage spreadsheets and assets to a high standard.
  • Position is fully onsite at CT HQ and on occasion, client sites.
  • Own vehicle and drivers licence essential.
  • Retail/ecommerce experience.
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Experience ordering and managing stock/spare parts.
  • Interest in IT
  • Ability to work well in a small team environment.
