About the Role:


Reporting to the Manager Volunteer Sustainability, this full time, fixed term opportunity through to 30 June 2023 will see you join an open and supportive team where you will showcase your ability to work independently and proactively provide effective, efficient and comprehensive administrative support in the acquittals of two grants programs.

Your days will see you provide support by facilitating and contributing to a diverse range of activities including project planning, implementation, communications, monitoring and reporting.

Specific duties are outlined in the position description attached.


About You:


The person we are looking for will have strong administration experience with the ability to work well within a team.

You will be able to work proactively with mínimal supervision and will require the ability to deliver professional administrative services.

Crucial to your success in this role will be your organisational and time management skills with an ability to manage and coordinate a range of office functions.

Your ability to initiate and manage process improvements will be highly regarded.

Furthermore, the successful applicant will have strong attention to detail, and exceptional computer literacy skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, Sharepoint and SAP.
