Our Engagement & Change Advisory consists of two core capabilities with a wide range of experience, from people and business transformation to tactical engagement and communication planning and delivery.


Our Communications & Stakeholder Engagement team are responsible for recognising the lived experience of communities, stakeholders and customers by ensuring they are engaged, involved and informed in decisions that impact them, creating better social outcomes.

We are currently seeking Consultants across the following specialisations who are passionate about delivering best practice communication and, engagement solutions for our clients:

  • Strategic communications
  • Community and stakeholder engagement
  • Social risk mitigation
  • Social value

Here are the key things you'll do:

  • Work in a dedicated team across a variety of projects and various sectors. Collectively, our team has worked across transport, water, government, mining and energy, with a focus on complex and strategic infrastructure projects.
  • Partner with our clients to provide advisory and consulting services to public and private clients where social outcomes and community impact is front of mind.
  • Support a pipeline of future opportunities, contribute to business development and proposals
  • Help to grow our capability as part of our broader Advisory offering

Alongside your industry experience you'll also have:

  • Experience working on major infrastructure projects

  • A demonstrated ability to foster and evolve relationships
  • Relevant tertiary education
