About the role at Big Red Group
We have an exciting opportunity for a Workplace & Facilities Manager to join our People & Culture team. This will be an onsite role, based at our HQ in Sydney CBD.

You will play a key role bringing to life our employee experience for our onsite and remote team members through moments of collaboration, community and connection.

Seniority

Mid Level - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Implementation of People and Culture Projects
Design and implement People and Culture projects to support the organization's goals, and meet compliance requirements

Internal Stakeholder Partnership

Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand the business and advise on Human Resource matters
HR Process Management and Improvement
Implement and improve HR policies, technology and initiatives

Salary:
$80, $120,000.00 per year
