The Job.
Reporting to the Sales Director your role will encompass:

Build strong client relationships working with the sales team by providing detailed analytical sales reports via Excel
Providing quotes on stock for customers and processing orders as required
Effectively managing customer queries surrounding product details and availability
Provide customers with images and planogram information as required
Extensive use of Excel highlighting fast moving stock and expired stock
Manage stock levels ordered vs projections
Detailed understanding of promotional stock, ensuring pricing and barcodes are set up correctly.
Working closely with the Demand Planner to ensure stock is available for key clients
Liaise with the logistics teams to coordinate deliveries, returns and ensure queries are managed efficiently

You.
To be successful in this role you will have:

Ability to build relationships quickly and with ease
Strong Excel and comfortable with manipulating large data sets using vlook ups and pivot tables
Ideally from a Sales Support / Customer Service / Account Management background with experience in the retail industry
A friendly, personable nature with the ability to build relationships with ease
Strong administration and organisation skills
Comfortable working in a fast paced, busy stock related environment
