About Us
We are an expanding Timber Supply company with an ever-growing joinery workshop.

We sell flooring, doors, decking, bench tops and furniture grade timber and are well respected in the industry for our knowledge and exceptional customer service.

We have been a part of large-scale jobs such as the Canberra War Memorial and National Portrait Gallery so our quality of work is our priority.

Duties

Program jobs and assign staff as required
Ensure work meets our quality standards
Train and mentor a small team of apprentices
Maintain machines and a safe work environment
Provide technical and job costing assistance to our sales team
Liaise with clients as required for troubleshooting purposes
Cabinet making tasks
Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly

The Applicant
To be considered for this role you will have:

A trade background as a Cabinetmaker. Experienced working with solid timber, manufacture of solid timber doors, benchtops, stairs and step treads, high quality joinery or similar
Previous experience in a management role is an advantage
Ability to follow and enforce safety procedures
Capable of working autonomously and an eagerness to learn and succeed
Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal
