An Asphalt Quality Representative (AQR) ensures that asphalt used in construction meets quality standards by testing samples for properties like temperature and density.

They oversee the mixing process and maintain records to ensure pavement durability.

Our client is seeking to train a new Asphalt Quality Rep with the following qualities:

Demonstrates a strong work ethic.
Exhibits exceptional professional communication skills, both written and interpersonal.
Displays honesty, confidence, and reliability.
Shows dedication to workplace safety, quality, punctuality, and respect for others, fostering efficient teamwork.
Holds a current and valid Driver's License with has reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel for assignments as needed.
Completion of preemployment medical checks, including drug and alcohol screening, is mandatory.
Flexibility to work weekends and night shifts as required.
