Clerk Grade 9/10 ($120,859 - $133,183 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Your role
The role of Program Manager Transformation is responsible for the design and delivery of the Capability & Culture stream for the I&A Executive Office Transformation Program.
The role collaborates across the I&A functional areas, working with leadership & staff to identify the gaps in capability and required areas of uplift.
The role also has carriage to develop and lead the Culture Program that is key to addressing the opportunities identified through the Department's employee engagement survey (known as the People Matters Employee Survey).
What you'll do
As part of the Executive Office Team within Infrastructure and Assets, you will be working closely across the functional areas of I&A, the role will provide the frameworks and coordination to support the leadership team in identifying the capability gaps and opportunities for growth, that not only shift the knowledge base of the branch, but also contribute to the positive uplift in engagement scores.
This team purpose is to work with the I&A leadership team to articulate and embed the capabilities to be a 'best-in-class' infrastructure organisation.
The program will also transform the culture, build team dynamics, pursue continuous innovation and change ways of working to respond to business expectations within the Department.

Alongside the capability to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships, the ability manage and oversee all aspects of project planning, development and implementation is key.
A key challenge for the role, will be managing consultations and negotiations with diverse stakeholders, within agreed timelines, given their varying expectations, viewpoints and interests.
