The opportunity

Are you a creative Learning Designer with in depth experience in Articulate Storyline 360? We have an exciting opportunity to join QIC's People & Culture team on a permanent basis.

You will

Deliver updates to our elearning suiteto keep content fresh, relevant and engaging.
Research context of programs using internal and external sources to provide meaningful design ideas, prioritisation, learning objectives and format suggestions to ensure an effective final product.
Supported by the other members of the Talent and Capability team, become skilled in cutting edge Digital Adoption platforms which we use to support insystem training and guidance. QIC will provide all tools and training to enable you to build this niche skillset.

About You

To be successful you will have:

Experience in designing, developing and delivering high quality e-learning training in a corporate context using Articulate Storyline 360
Excellent technical writing skills, including the ability to analyse and develop storyboards
Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships
Proactive approach to explore and upskill on innovative content generation tools
Outcomes driven, commercial approach
Demonstrated track record in the use of Instructional Design principles and developing outstanding elearning solutions
Excellent ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of the business context
