About the Role
We currently have an opportunity for a suitably experienced Administrator to join a fast-paced environment in our Brisbane office.


Duties to include:

  • Proactive calendar management including organisation of daytoday activities, forward planning and coordination of meetings
  • General administrative tasks such as expense reconciliation, logistics coordination and document management;
  • Work with the respective General Manager / Head of to set meeting agendas, prepare materials and document actions;
  • Compile and distribute weekly highlevel reports and preread for core routines;
  • Manage supply and procurement processes, including raising purchase orders and vendor management;
  • Coordinate the delivery of leadership team activities, events and workshops.

About You

  • Previous administrator experience with excellent data entry and analysis skills;
  • Ability to build strong and genuine relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders across all levels;
  • Exceptionally organised and proactive in your approach to work, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritise a variety of complex tasks;
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to understand complexity, and a track record of providing quality information to senior management;
  • Ability to manage competing priorities within tight timeframes;
  • Selfmotivated to work autonomously within a wider team;
  • Project and/or mining industry experience highly valued.
