What's on offer

As a Payroll Officer you will

Process endtoend fortnightly payroll for 11000 employees within a team / 1000 employees individually
Process payroll autonomously with the iChris or Chris21 payroll software
Calculation and payment of termination payments

You have.

5+ years' experience in a similar payroll processing role is preferred
Experience using iChris/Chris21 or a similar payroll system
Demonstrable experience in superior customer service
Exposure to multiple EAs and award and highvolume (+11,000 employees) payroll processing
Comprehensive knowledge of payroll legislation and best practice to be applied in the payroll space
A strong analytical background and proficient Excel skills

A friendly, proactive, cando attitude
Proactive and assertive: you take ownership of your work and think beyond the scope of a given assignment
Strong at communicating with employees from different levels
