About the Program
This program is for people who want to start their career in IT delivery consulting.

We are currently seeking expressions of interest.

The Talent Creation Program is a 12-month contract geared to launch careers and foster the next generation of technology consulting talent.

Our initial six-week jumpstart training provides a solid foundation for professional and technical skills development to build confidence and fast-track skills needed to start working with our clients.

Once placed with a client, support and mentoring will be provided to facilitate ongoing development.

About you

What you'll be doing

This is a 12-month opportunity to launch your career as an Entry Level IT Project Delivery Consultant, and to build and develop skills and experience across quality assurance, business analysis, and project management.

We start with six weeks of practical training in foundational professional IT skills and consulting principles, with a particular focus on testing to ensure a solid foundation in technology awareness.

What you'll need

Eligibility Criteria

No minimum qualifications are required, we are seeking applicants with the right passion, attitude, and aptitude to learn and grow in the role.

Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold a valid visa with full-time working rights for a minimum of 2 years from February 2024.

Be passionate about IT - studied it, played with it, and have a genuine interest in technology and how it enables the everyday life of our clients.

Interest in starting your career in IT consulting across project services and/or quality assurance (as a BA, PM, or QA).

Effective communication skills - good articulation of ideas, happy to present to a group of your peers.

Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills - comfortable asking why, analysing and interpreting information, and able to make a judgment on the information you read.

Motivated to learn

Ability to work onsite full-time in a Sydney location

Desirable Criteria
Understanding of basic programming concepts and experience
