ABOUT THE JOB
Working with our

Federal Government client, you will be part of a small team that is tasked with developing a scheme for older people to access assistive technology and home modifications by 1 July 2024.

Key responsibilities of the role include the ability to:

Collaborate with policy teams to draft a range of program/project activities including the production, delivery and management of project schedules, budgets, reporting requirements, delivery of project artefacts and the identification and resolution of issues.
Provide advice to support executive staff to lead consultations and negotiations with stakeholders.
Attend meetings with both internal and external stakeholders to develop and test policy ideas.

THE SUCCESFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Welldeveloped skills and demonstrated experience in project management at an exceptional level.
Excellent written communication skills, including attention to detail and an ability to produce highquality briefs and papers.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external working relationships.
Demonstrated planning and organisational skills, including ability to meet deadlines with competing priorities in a complex, changing and highpressure environment.
Ability to operate under broad direction with independence to think critically, analyse and solve very complex or sensitive problems and make decisions that are based on professional judgement, evaluating evidence and risks in the context of a complex and changing environment.
