About the Role

  • Promote a clientcentric focus and drive effective stakeholder relationship management strategies to ensure MSHHS staff, clients and community are well informed on policy, legislation and their rights and obligations.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the Loading Dock security function meets quality accreditation and standards and develop and monitor systems, procedures and measurements of service delivery to ensure sustainable and appropriate quality of service is provided to clinical customers.
  • Follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
  • Coordination of facility emergency lock down procedure guidelines, training and implementation.
