At Maxxia, we continuously strive to give our clients and their employees the best service and provide strong financial solutions through salary packaging and novated leasing benefits.

What is salary packaging? Fully approved by the Australian Tax Office, salary packaging is an employee benefit that allows a person to pay for certain everyday expenses with money from their salary before tax is taken out.

This could allow a person to possibly pay less tax and increase their disposable income.

What is novated leasing? Available on new, used and even existing cars, novated leasing is an ATO-approved arrangement between a person, their employer and a finance company that lets a person use pre-tax dollars to pay for a car and its expenses.

This is a 6 month full time fixed term contract.
