Description

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated technician to join our Welshpool Team.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of KOWA oil analysis and CMS testing processes, as well as providing timely and accurate reports to our valued customers.


In addition to your reporting duties, you will be responsible for delivering exclusive assistance to our Customer Support Teams, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) clients, and Komatsu contract business associates.

This will entail providing customers with updates about the overall health condition of their Komatsu and non-Komatsu mobile and fixed plant assets.


Roster:
Monday to Friday


Role Located:
Perth Welshpool, Western Australia


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborating closely with the teams to identify and troubleshoot issues.
  • Providing technical guidance and assistance as needed.
  • Support to Customer Support Groups, OEM customers, and Komatsu contract business clients.
  • Oil analysis and CMS testing processes.
  • Writing accurate reports.

Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


  • Strong background in a mechanical, engineering or a related field
  • Must hold a Mechanical Trade Certificate.
  • Solid understanding of both mobile and fixed plant machinery.
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Highly organised and detail oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Commitment to developing new skills and participating in Komatsu's innovative service and technical support business.
  • Adherence to Komatsu's safety policies and procedures while working within the company.
