A boutique practice in Sydney is seeking talented Project Architects and Technicians with developed skills in Housing projects from design development to construction and delivery.

Confidence presenting & managing consultants. Excellent communication, documentation and visual skills. This is a great opportunity to join a thriving creative fast-paced practice and work on high quality Residential projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Multi-Residential projects following initial concept to construction
  • Build strong rapport with clients, consultants and team members
  • Collaborate with design team
  • Ensure delivery of highquality details
  • Coordination with Client, Consultants, and Suppliers, integrating feedback in design
  • Produce detailed documentation and manage delivery in BIM
  • Provide regular updates to project stakeholders and identify any risks with client, planning and design or changes in scope/ variations

Skills & Experience

  • Relevant architectural qualifications and working rights
  • Proven local experience working on relevant projects
  • Advanced ArchiCAD knowledge
  • Strong understanding of the ADG and local codes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Developed skills in construction documentation and detailing
