Take ownership of key reporting and analysis across the Consolidation portfolio

Work with your Financial Controller and Senior Analyst to review and consolidate the Qantas Airline segment results at half/year end
Permanent fulltime position based at our Mascot Campus

On a day-to-day basis, our Financial Control Teams, working in a centralised Finance function, support the various Finance Business Partner Teams and the business to drive effective decision-making.

As the Financial Analyst you will assist in month-end close, take ownership of the Qantas Group capital expenditure database and provide analysis and advice on all financial aspects across the Consolidation Team's portfolio.

You'll have

A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant discipline

years' experience within a large and complex environment

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with large volumes of data
The ability to work under time pressure and reprioritise tasks as required
High level of accountability and resilience with an inquisitive and analytical mindset
CPA/CA qualification or working towards will be highly regarded but not essential
