Our Client
Our client is a leading Sydney property builder / developer who has delivered several acclaimed apartment projects. Due to growth across all of their divisions, their Marketing team is expanding.

Duties

This is an exciting and varied role where you will create the vision, lead a team of - 3, develop concepts, oversee projects, control quality, ensure brand consistency and stay abreast of the market.

Work closely with the CEO, Head of Marketing and Head of Sales to understand their goals and expectations
Create designs and collateral that meet specific commercial or promotional needs of the business
Oversee the entire creative process, from brainstorming to execution, ensuring projects are onbrand and ontime.
Develop and communicate a clear creative vision for projects, campaigns and brands
Lead and inspire the companys internal and external creative teams (designers, writers, videographers)

Specific requirements

A minimum of 10 years of creative design experience
Have successfully led a team of designers
Proficiency in creative software: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD etc
