My client is an on trend, Australian owned formalwear brand with over 40 year's experience in the industry.

They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to join the business and drive the success of their Midland Store.

This business prides themselves on their high quality, Australian made products.

As the Store Manager, you will be passionate about achieving success through your team by delivering excellence in customer experiences whilst operating high level stock flow management processes, including visual merchandising standards in line with the brand vision and values.

You will have a consultative sales approach and thrive in a one on one sales environment.

To be successful in this role you will be:

A highly experienced Store Manager, preferably with a background in fashion
Passionate and enthusiastic about achieving and exceeding sales targets and budgets
A born leader who can inspire and motivate a team
Have a keen eye for detail and strong merchandiser
A strong communicator
A strong mentor with a passion for training and developing a team
