As the Store Manager for M.J.

Bale at David Jones Chadstone, you will play a pivotal role in leading the concession department within the retail setting.

This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to demonstrate their expertise in managing a high-performing team and driving exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities and tasks include:

Overseeing the daytoday operations of the M.J. Bale concession within David Jones Chadstone, ensuring efficient and smooth running of all activities.
Leading and motivating a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets, provide outstanding customer service, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, enhance brand awareness, and improve overall performance within the concession department.
Managing inventory levels, conducting stocktakes, and ensuring accurate stock management procedures are followed.
Training and coaching team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies to maximise their potential.
Building strong relationships with David Jones management and staff to ensure effective collaboration and positive representation of the M.J. Bale brand.
Upholding compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations while fostering a safe working environment for all staff members.
