Accountabilities

Level 2 support will be involved in deploying several releases to the DEV, SIT and PROD environments.
Manage thirdparty resources by providing clear direction, and support in deploying solutions and integrating with enterprise or hosted systems to meet business need.
Work closely with the Departments Cloud Services, Project Services, vendors and their partners during the implementation and running of the Altus business system.
Own the release and change management phase and lead the relevant vendors or business teams the process is robust and effective.
Facilitate service validation and testing across all environments, with relevant business teams.

Key Selection Criteria

The key selection criteria specified below outline the capabilities required for the position.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

Appropriate Microsoft certification and experience.
Experience in process digitalisation and automation using Power platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate) including model solution design, custom connectors, development, and support.
Experience administering Power platform environments, including change and release management.
Experience troubleshooting, managing bugs, and problemsolving related to development of new services, plus that of services already in production.
Proven track record of working with vendors to support and implement architecture, configuration, customisation, and optimisation changes.
Demonstrated ability to use strong technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills to find and solve problems.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with peers to design and deliver solutions.
Ability to selfmanage time and responsibilities to achieve business and project objectives.
