As an expert in strategic thinking and operational skills, you'll lead a team to help identify and respond to potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

In our Risk & Ethics team team, you'll also:


  • Assist the Risk & Ethics Leader with transforming the risk function of the organisation to ensure that the firm rebuilds trust in the community.
  • Work with the Risk and Ethics leadership team on operational matters, using knowledge of the firm and relationships across the business.
  • Embed leadership and development across the risk function.
  • Work with the Head of Central Business Risk in a number of areas:
  • Risk & Quality (R&Q) metrics for partners across the firm.
  • Support in the leadership of the Contract Management System rollout.
  • Support in the Quality Standards review across the 3 lines of service for consistency (Quality Management for Service Excellence QMSE/Network Standards)
  • Assist in the review and streamlining of xLine of Services global/local risk policies and guidance and clear explanations on policy v guidance
  • Assist in the development and execution of the business' strategic risk plan.
  • Drive initiatives to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and business goals.
  • Manage and lead crossfunctional projects and initiatives, to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop project plans, assign tasks, and track progress and address any issues or obstacles.
  • Facilitate communication between the Risk and Ethics Leader and the broader Risk & Ethics leadership team to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and analyse these to provide insights for decisionmaking.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal leaders, partners, regional and global leadership, and key government, industry and regulatory stakeholders.
  • Change stakeholder expectations and implications for future policy settings.

More About You

  • You have a Bachelor or Masters degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • You have proven experience in a leadership or strategic role supporting a senior leadership team.
  • You have strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading and executing complex projects.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • You are a strategic thinker with a resultsdriven mindset.
  • You have an analytical and datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
  • You are able to adapt to a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • You have knowledge of the professional services industry and trends.
