This role is based within their pharmacy services division which supports hospital and compounding services to the oncology sector across Australia.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone coming from either customer service, pharmacy or retail looking to build on their administrative experience.
The Role
Based within a hospital setting you'll act as the first point of contact for hospital staff, patients, and customers, as well as providing administrative support to the wider hospital pharmacy.
Your days will be varied, stimulating, fast paced and interesting as you provide the customer service and administrative support that supports both the pharmacy and hospital.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for patients and hospital and pharmacy staff
- Manage the central inbox and taking orders
- Collect and enter data
- Mail and archive documents
- Update inpatient lists and preparation for clinical sessions
- Assist with adhoc pharmacy administration
Experience
This is a busy, integral role and we're ideally looking for a proactive, team focussed individual with strong communication skills who can work within a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
