Large Property Fund Manager

Manage Performance Analysis and Business Planning teaM/Function
Suits Senior Analyst/Junior Manager with ability to become leader

Our client, a leading property investment, fund management and development business are looking to recruit an ambitious Business Performance Manager.

Reporting to the Head of Finance and presenting the board packs to the Exec Committee, this role will be joining this leading property business going through an unprecedented period of growth, adding to this positive, enthusiastic and collegiate environment, making this business the employer of choice within the property sector.

Managing a team of Analysts, the you will carry out the following tasks:

Manage the monthly forecasting process, ensuring key stakeholders are regularly appraised of the outlook for financial performance and advised on actions required, where relevant, to achieve financial goals
Manage the biannual Business Performance Review cycle which focuses on current year and 5 Year financial forecast
Manage the annual strategic financial planning and budgeting process
Undertake financial modelling and analysis to support strategic projects and adhoc initiatives
Provide financial analysis and support for business case development, product and mandate pricing

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 year's experience of accounting, ideally 3+ years in an analytical or performance management, management accounting role.
In depth experience of monthly management reporting, P&L reporting, cost review, MIS, performance reporting
Maintenance of the monthly business management pack and development of the strategic plan
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience with the Fund Management and/or Property sector.
