Our client, a Geotechnical Contracting company that utilises a wide range of Ground Engineering techniques to provide an innovative approach to the construction of structural foundations, ground improvement and retaining structures, is currently seeking a number of Piling Supervisors to join their team

Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning, directing, managing, and coordinating all projects on the Gold Coast and full project delivery.

Oversee the management of projects from conception to completion.
Manage and lead a site team, overseeing heavy plant operations.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and manage risk.
Communicate with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure project deliverable are of high quality.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in Foundation and Piling Supervisor, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of piling techniques and equipment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Understanding of geotechnical engineering principles and construction techniques.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and risk management.
