About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Lead within our Information Technology Team.

In this role, you will be providing first level support and customer service in the delivery of Council's information technology systems.

Some of these systems include desktop hardware and software, mobile devices and council's corporate network and systems.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate their competency for the position by meeting the following essential criteria:


  • Certificate III, IV or diploma in an IT related field.
  • Minimum of _3 years relevant work experience. _
  • Demonstrated ability to show initiative and innovation when investigating, analysing & solving problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service in a resource constrained environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, influence and negotiate effectively with all levels of Council and the community.
  • Ability to complete ongoing planning involving complexity to ensure effective contribution to work programs.
