Reception/Admin
Location:
Springvale, Victoria (Car required)
Part-time
We're seeking a reliable and proactive individual to assist with triaging incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate person or call center.
Responsibilities:
Welcome visitors with professionalism and warmth.
Manage a multi-line phone system, transferring calls and taking messages for our team of 120.
Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and assist with export documents.
Utilize MS Excel for various administrative tasks, including data entry for payroll.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Control building entry and manage visitor access.
Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Previous experience in reception or administration preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
