Our client is responsible for the government's Social Housing contract and overlooking 125,000 properties within New South Wales. With a focus on maintenance and providing clean, safe, and habitable dwellings across the state.

Within this role, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of Communications Plans while providing advice and support to project team members.

You will be able to demonstrate the ability to manage sensitive and complex communications-based matters that will uphold the client's values.

Your responsibilities in this role will require you to:

  • Deliver and develop reports on the planning, development and delivery of programs and their outcomes for the portfolio and key stakeholders both internal and external.
  • Manage and undertake research and analysis to support the development of key projects and provide advice to the Project Director to support decisionmaking.
  • Provide timely advice and communication with relevant internal and external stakeholders, particularly with project status, implementation issues, and outcomes.
  • Provide proactive and evidencebased practice advice to support the Senior Executive in assessing the impact of program direction changes on decisionmaking.
  • Manage projects designed to evaluate, review, monitor and improve the effectiveness of service delivery and social housing tenant outcomes.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following skills and capabilities:

  • Extensive experience in a project management role or similar.
  • Previous experience overseeing various projects simultaneously and managing deadlines effectively.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with team members, and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and implement communication strategies that align with the organisation's goals and objectives.
  • An understanding or interest in current social housing policy is desired.
