Life Cycle Services (LCS) takes Metso entire aftermarket portfolio and conveniently bundles them into customizable, easily manageable packages, depending on the scale of our customer's needs.

Metso has been offering innovative LCS solutions for over 15 years. We collaborate closely and design programs that work for each customer's specific objectives.


The role:


Main Responsibilities:

Lead Life Cycle Services (LCS) sales cases including complex multi-service offering
LCS Business development and opportunity creation internally and with Metso customers
Tailor new offerings based on customer needs. Constantly seek new ways to sell and develop alternate business models
Design commercial solutions and lead contractual discussions with the customer
Visit customer sites to engage and identify valuable support offerings through LCS
Ensure timely progress and proactive follow-up of the sales cases from lead to proposal, negotiations, and closure
Ensure compliance with Metso sales process, proposal and risk management procedures
Ensure plans are implemented for LCS during capex sales and project delivery phase
Coache and train front-line sales in Life Cycle Services (LCS) offerings
Understand the market trends and customer needs, actively screens, and develops service solution prospects


Essential Qualifications & Experience:

Engineering degree or technical trade qualification with 10+ years in the relevant field. Any period less requires proven high performance track record.
Proven track record of strong commercial acumen
Customer orientated including high level communication and customer service skills
Ability to travel as required.
Ability to manage multiple assignments, priorities, and deadlines with limited resources
Competent in Microsoft Suite products - Excel, Word, Power point
Strong team player
Ability to read, interpret & use engineering drawings and specs
