About the role:

Reporting to the IT Service Delivery Manager, the IT Support Analyst provides first and second level help desk and IT support.

While the role is based in the new purpose build Cremorne Clinic, you also visit to support other Victorian clinic locations as required; as well you will have the opportunity to work with the national support team and provide remote support to all Monash IVF Group staff and clinics.

You will also use your broad system experience to ensure that all IT systems function with a high level of reliability and help with the continuous improvement of all IT services.

Excellent customer service and engagement is crucial for success in this role, as you will be providing face to face support for the local VIC clinics and facilitating all local IT projects.

In this role you will be accountable for:

Support and troubleshoot Wintel Infrastructure (VMware and SAN)
Server / Desktop Patching and Maintenance
Building and deploying desktop devices
Support and Maintain Office 365 tenancy
Liaise with vendors and MSP's
Ensure all systems adhere to IT Security Policy
Exchange Online, Teams, One Drive, for Business and SharePoint Online Administration

Understanding there are ups and down in reproductive health, they'll stand brave as they persevere for the patients in our care.

Ideally you will bring the following:

Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology
Advanced experience in the following:
Well-developed communication skills including presentation and training skills
Knowledge of Microsoft environment: Office 365, Exchange, Active Directory, WSUS, SCCM
Knowledge of PC build and maintenance
Knowledge of helpdesk protocols, including ITIL
