About this role:

Previous experience or qualifications are not essential as we provide you full training and support.

As a CAREGiver you will provide individual person centred care to support people to stay in their own homes for a longer period.

We currently seeking new CAREGiver's located in and around Perth's South West Suburbs (Fremantle to Henderson).


As a Home Instead CAREGiver you will provide:

  • companionship
  • social support which may also include transporting clients in and around the local community
  • Domestic support including vaccuming, mopping, laundry, general cleaning of the home.
  • Assistance with showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
  • Compassionate home care through building trust and taking the lead to support individuals to live as independently as possible at home
  • Individualised care that is tailored to suit the personal needs of our individual clients

We are looking for people who:

  • Have a big heart, patience, and a desire to help improve the lives of seniors and their families
  • Are personable, approachable, and able to build relationships with each of your clients
  • Will be reliable with clear communication skills
  • Are happy to support in all parts of the role as listed above

  • A valid WA Drivers licence (no red p plates)
  • Be able to provide a valid national police clearance with no disclosable outcomes
  • Be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident.
  • Be COVID Vaccinated (including 1 booster vaccine)
