We require a maternal leave cover for our Business Support Coordinator position where you will be reporting into our Reservations Manager thriving in:

Your Day to Day:

Ensure arrival checks are facilitated
Ensure the inventory between Opera and Concerto is in balance
Respond to guests needs and resolve related problems
Ensure VIP guests needs are met
Maintain a high level of product knowledge
Check billing instructions and monitor guest credit
Ensure correct payment of commission
Proficient in use of Opera, Concerto and Microsoft Office
Flexible work approach
Attends to all guest enquries promptly
Process amendments to reservations
Manage guest profiles to ensure no duplicates
Utilise guest arrivals reports to ensure special requests and preferences are met
Support operational team if and when required

What we need from you:

Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
Expert Knowledge of Opera
Good Communication and writing skills
