Base Criteria

Degree qualified in Building Services Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical), Building Surveying (UK RICS) or Construction Management, with 3+ years' Building Consultancy experience including: - DLP, Tenant Make Good, Technical Due Diligence and Asset Management within Commercial, Industrial, Health and Government premises.


Outline Duties
Support and manage the State-wide growth of a Building Services Engineering Consulting Business.

Working with a mix of Owner/Operators, Commercial Real Estate Agencies and Government Departments.

Ensuring delivery of multiple concurrent building consultancy assignments, through a team of consultants across the full range of:

  • Ingoing Schedules of Condition
  • Tenant Make Good Assessments
  • Industrial Development PC and End of DLP
  • Technical Due Diligence at acquisition and disposal
  • Gap Analysis and Peer Review of Asbuilts and O&M's
  • Life Cycle Analysis and forecasting
  • Capital Works Funds
  • Asset Management Plans
  • Portfolio Stock Condition Audits

Skills and Attributes

  • Over 5 years industry experience, you will have gained at least 3 years Building Services / Building Consultancy experience supporting multiple Commercial, Industrial and Government premises.
  • Drafting and Negotiation of scopes of service for client projects.
  • Management and oversight of project delivery.
  • Provide service delivery excellence in innovative and new ways.
  • Provide input into business planning and management approaches.
  • Work with Allied Partners to achieve fulfilment of joint engagements.
  • Building and maintaining Client relationships through Client management.
