About the role:

Reporting to the General Manager, Commercial you will be accountable for the eCommerce & omnichannel customer experience and online trade strategy for Coles Liquor brands as well as on demand and Coles Online.

You will lead and develop the capability of the eCommerce and Experience teams to achieve sales success and growth through one on one, team coaching and performance feedback.

Please note this is a 9-month fixed-term maternity leave contract with view to extend.

You'll also:

Be accountable for commercial performance and the ecommerce P/L
Develop and implement the eCommerce trade plan, by identifying and acting on opportunities to drive sales and margin improvement
Drive business development and transformation in the business through expansion in new markets / adjacencies
Act as a key stakeholder and voice of Liquor eCommerce & Omnichannel on transformation projects led by Coles Group or Coles Liquor

About you and your skills:

We're looking for a passionate leader with proven results running end to end online retail businesses, that is comfortable to caretake a highly driven and passionate team.

You'll also have:

Strong experience running commercial business and P&L responsibility.
Previous experience working on and delivering transformation projects
The ability to deal with constant change and manage associated communication with stakeholders and customers
